Spring 2027 - IEF - Lab Test Project & Planning College Associate in
GAC Savannah Unique Skills:
We are seeking a self motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Lab Test Project and Planning team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing diverse engineering and business projects, with a strong focus on digital tools and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and tracking a wide range of lab test projects.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for project and performance reporting.
Create and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business efficiency.
Support resource planning and allocation using MS Project and/or other tools.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools, specifically in resource allocation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in project management, data visualization, and process improvement. Education and Experience Requirements

Other Requirements:
Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
Minimum duration:
10-12 weeks (summer); 10-16 weeks (spring and fall). Must work onsite; this is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation. This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
