Name Robins AFB Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Equipment Specialist supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Weapons Superiority Division (AFLCMC/EBU) at Robins AFB, GA. The division leads the logistics and sustainment mission for the Air Force's legacy airtoair weapons, including the
AIM120 AMRAAM, AIM9
Sidewinder, and the nextgeneration Joint Advanced Tactical Missile. Their teams ensure these munitions remain reliable, supportable, and ready for operational use across the joint force. This position provides comprehensive logistics support in the design, development, production, operation, and sustainment of armament systems. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to: Application and support of configuration management, including supporting Configuration Control Board processes for respective programs Management of and assistance with deficiency reporting, investigation, and resolution; Support of modification management for respective weapon systems; Documentation of maintenance data; Provisioning; Support equipment recommendation data; Establishment of new items and cataloguing; Support development, revision and test of demilitarization procedures to ensure critical technologies are protected; Class V munitions management; Software management; and Mishap investigation
Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications Citizenship:

US Citizen Clearance:
Current Secret clearance Education and experience: 8 years of relevant experience Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Technical Skills Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate logistics operations for complex systems Ability to develop, interpret, and manage requirements, plans, and schedules. Strong understanding of integrated product support elements and product support strategy development. Interpersonal Skills Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within integrated project teams. Ability to coordinate across functional areas and partner with technical and nontechnical specialists. Effective communication skills for conveying logistics insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while supporting broader team and program objectives.
