Job Description

Program Director Intern at CompuCom in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Compucom Systems, Inc. provides end-to-end IT managed services to enable the digital workplace for enterprise, midsize and small businesses. We're looking for a Program Director Intern to join our team. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Program Director Intern to support the delivery and continuous improvement of IT Managed Services programs. This role provides hands-on exposure to service delivery operations, client engagement, and program governance within a managed services environment. You will work closely with Program Directors, Service Delivery Managers, and technical teams to help ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes for clients. Responsibilities + Support the coordination and execution of managed services programs across multiple client accounts. + Assist in tracking SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics. + Help prepare client-facing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. + Participate in service review meetings (weekly/monthly) and document key insights and action items. + Coordinate across technical teams (infrastructure, cloud, service desk, cybersecurity) to ensure delivery alignment. + Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation management processes. + Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization. + Support documentation of runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks. + Help manage project/program timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Skills & Qualifications + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing materials. + Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, or service management concepts. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs). + Analytical mindset with attention to detail. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. + Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. + Exposure to managed services, help desk operations, or IT support environments. + Experience with tools such as
