Dayforce Consultant (Security)

Job Description General Configuration Pay, Attendance, Workflow, Forms, Security This role should feel more cross‑functional and architectural. Core Configuration

• How do you balance standardized configuration with client‑specific exceptions?
• What's the most complex attendance or pay policy logic you've supported without custom code? Workflow & Forms
• Can you describe workflows you've configured to support payroll, time corrections, or approvals?
• How do you determine when to use a form versus an automated workflow?
• What challenges have you faced maintaining workflows over time as business needs changed? Security
• How do you design Dayforce security roles to support segregation of duties?
• Can you give an example of a security setup that prevented a payroll or compliance issue? Ownership Check
• If a new policy request comes in, how do you assess impact across pay, attendance, workflows, and security before configuring?

• Strong Dayforce WFM configuration expertise in conjunction with familiarity with payroll functionality and processes
• Good knowledge with Dayforce attendance module
• Able to understand and troubleshoot complex policies, accrual balance, pay code and attendance setup etc Good knowledge with Dayforce report functionality.
