Job Description:
Overview We're partnering with our client, a healthcare organization based in Chicago, that works with a range of partners to support the coordination and execution of complex, multi-party initiatives focused on improving access, efficiency, and overall delivery outcomes. They are seeking a Client Services & Systems Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports day-to-day client deliverables, helps maintain accuracy across internal systems, and ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. This is a detail-oriented position best suited for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving through operational challenges, and keeping multiple moving parts organized in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and maintaining client-facing workflows within internal systems Partner with internal teams to ensure timely execution of ongoing deliverables Monitor activity and flag discrepancies, issues, or areas requiring attention Manage escalated inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners through resolution Prepare recurring reporting summaries on a weekly and monthly basis Support communication with external partners and track incoming requests through completion Coordinate updates across external networks, including onboarding, offboarding, and status tracking Maintain and refine internal documentation and support SOP improvements Help ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting outputs Contribute to process enhancements and assist with ad hoc initiatives as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in client services, coordination, operations, or a related field Bachelor's degree required Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and quality Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfort working in Excel and/or CRM or reporting systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Proactive, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment What This Role Offers Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder workflows in a highly collaborative environment Opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external partners High-visibility role where execution and accuracy directly impact outcomes Strong foundation for long-term growth in client services, coordination, or operations-focused roles The Equus Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
