No Duties and Responsibilities Minimum Education and/or Work Experience This position requires a bachelor's degree in information technologies or equivalent experience with at least 4 years of experience in the field or related experience. 3+ years of business or systems analyses experience 3+ years of experience with systems implementation including configuration of application modules, process workflows, and application-specific coding Working knowledge of business processes related to higher education and/or research. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required Must be able to work as a team member in varied project settings Must be able to work independently with light direction from team or project leads Must be able to manage time commitments and meet deadlines Qualifications This position requires a bachelor's degree in information technologies or equivalent experience with at least 4 years of experience in the field or related experience. 3+ years of business or systems analyses experience 3+ years of experience with systems implementation including configuration of application modules, process workflows, and application-specific coding Working knowledge of business processes related to higher education and/or research.
Position Tasks:
Perform moderately complex system analyses necessary to implement required application, system, or solution (30%) Configure, develop, and/or instantiate required applications, systems or solutions (35%) Document and communicate application (or module) functional specifications and revised solutions (15%) Assist in application/system testing and troubleshooting (10%) Participate in functional unit, research, technical and staff team meetings (5%) Other duties as assigned (5%)
