As a AP Development Integration Lead, at Kyndryl you are the bridge between business problems and innovative solutions, using a powerful blend of well-defined methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering. You'll wear many hats, and each day will present a new puzzle to solve, a new challenge to conquer.

You will dive deep into the heart of our business, understanding its objectives and requirements

• viewing them through the lens of business acumen, and converting this knowledge into a data problem.

You'll collect and explore data, seeking underlying patterns and initial insights that will guide the creation of hypotheses.

With your vast knowledge of SAP and industry, you assist top-tier clients in their SAP digital transformation efforts. Your role entails providing guidance and executing SAP digital transformation initiatives. You also conceptualize, create, improve and optimize solutions using SAP development tools and platforms. Additionally, you work alongside global teams and partners across various functions to deliver solutions. You define and update solution and technology roadmaps, and architecture documents.

Additionally, you're not just building and validating models

• you're deploying them as code to applications and processes, ensuring that the model(s) you've selected sustains its business value throughout its lifecycle.

Your expertise doesn't stop at data; you'll become intimately familiar with our business processes and have the ability to navigate their complexities, identifying issues and crafting solutions that drive meaningful change in these domains. You will develop and apply standards and policies that protect our organization's most valuable asset

Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 8 years experience in SAP space with an emphasis on developing and delivering

• enterprise-grade global applicationsMinimum of two

SAP S/4 HANA

migration projects experience, especially in custom code remediationGood understanding of FIORI architecture, Launchpad configuration, app integration, and extensionGood understanding of ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), and SAP UI5Extensive experience with SAP BTP especially in Integrations, SAP Build & process extensions

Preferred Experience:

Experience in SAP AII/OER, Advanced Track and Trace(ATTP), Corporate Serialization (CorS) is huge plusExposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, Success Factors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa.

Good understanding of several functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, and WMExperience in developing rich internet applications. (AJAX/ JavaScript/ JSON/ JAVA/ J2EE)Experience with the Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and multi-cloud BTP environment.

Working knowledge of Groovy Scripts and XML, XSLT.Experience interacting with Senior and Executive Leadership.

Experience with multi-tier / hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises.

Knowledge of the agile development process, development best practices, system architecture, design, implementation, and test automation.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $115,080 to $218,520 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area):$138,120 to $262,320 California (All Other):$126,600 to $240,480

Colorado:

$115,080 to $218,520 Massachusetts$115,080 to $240,480

New York City:

$138,120 to $262,320

Washington:

$126,600 to $240,480

Washington DC:

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
