) Sandvik Mining & Rock, the leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry, currently has 1 opening for a Systems Analyst
  • WMS on 1 shift at 8:00AM Monday-Friday. The Systems Analyst
  • WMS is the dedicated system owner and superuser for the C2 Hub warehouse management system in Chicago.
This role ensures stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of WMS capabilities while supporting operational excellence at Sandvik's largest Parts & Services global hub. Main Responsibilities Co-ordinate all IT related changes from relevant stakeholders (for example process owners, process experts and key-users). Serve as the sole system owner and subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS at the C2 Hub in Chicago. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve system issues quickly and effectively, minimizing impact to warehouse operations. Continuously optimize WMS configurations, workflows, and system parameters to enhance productivity, accuracy, and throughput. Support the full lifecycle of system changes, including requirements gathering, testing, user training, and deployment. Partner with global project teams and system experts to implement continuous improvement projects. Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and system enhancements. Ensure effective synchronization between Blue Yonder WMS and upstream/downstream systems, including SAP ERP, TMS, and Custom Zone platforms. Monitor system performance and user adoption, proactively identifying improvement opportunities within warehouse operations. Manage and prioritize system support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clearmunication with stakeholders. Provide hands-on training and support to warehouse personnel on system processes, updates, and best practices. Experience and Required Competencies Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related discipline. 2-5 Years of experience in IT or systems-driven supply chain roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical and statistical reasoning capabilities. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies. Desirable Qualifications Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (included but not limited to SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle), particularly in logistics or Supply Chain modules. Understanding of
ERP-TMS-WMS
integration environments. Experience with data automation tools (Power BI or similar). Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to the base salary range for this position is $82,000
  • 93,000 dependent on experience.
