This role serves as a key link between business users, leadership, and external IT partners to improve processes, resolve system issues, and drive technology improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities•Systems Analyst Support, maintain, and improve the ERP system and related business applications. Manage support requests and troubleshoot system and application issues. Serve as the primary contact for the external IT managed services provider (MSP). Gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities. Document workflows, business processes, and system requirements. Administer user access, system security, software subscriptions, and technology inventories. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Support system integrations and cross-functional business operations. Develop and review reports to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency. Participate in ERP-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications•Systems Analyst 1-3 Years of professional work experience with company systems Experience supporting ERP systems; in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with small to mid-market ERP platforms; MIE Trak Pro experience is a plus. Knowledge of systems integration, workflow mapping, and application support. Strong troubleshooting, organization, and project prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
