Enterprise System Coordinator AITS This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization. Job Summary The System Office seeks a(n) Enterprise System Coordinator. The coordinator works within a team environment to maintain, optimize, and provide technical support for enterprise-wide applications/systems. The technical coordinator will also support the goals and objectives of
AITS' ERP
strategy by performing analysis on the current and future ERP landscape. This position will also assist with technical coordination for projects which AITS is primarily responsible. Duties & Responsibilities Interact with management, clients and vendors on planning, coordination, analysis and implementation of projects. Work closely with both TAM and Application Administration on technical projects and serve as technical analyst/coordinator for AITS cross-functional projects. Conduct analysis to support AITS's ERP strategy and future ERP planning, including review of current modifications, interfaces, batch processes, integrations, in-house developed and vendor applications, and custom or modified database objects. Maintain a working knowledge of vendors' current and future offerings, including integration strategies and SaaS methodologies, and help promote understanding of these approaches across teams Stay up to date on latest technology advances by participating in professional conferences, training, and user organizations relevant to job responsibilities. Support production critical activities during non-business hours, as needed. This may require evening or weekend hours, depending upon the business cycle of the university. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Any one or any combination totaling seven (7) years (84months) from the following categories: College coursework which includes Information Technology (IT), IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months) Associate's degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months) 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months) Bachelor's Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months) Demonstrated experience in IT technical analysis. Project management experience. Work experience in IT-related functions, such as hardware/software support, programming, network design, network engineering, IT systems integration, or closely related field. Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position may be required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of technical analysis experience. Experience with Oracle and other relational databases. Experience with data integration tools Previous University of Illinois experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of the Banner ERP system, including administrative pages, self-service modules, batch processes, database, etc. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and to work with shifting priorities and schedules Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5031 - Information Technology Technical Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 6/29/2026. The budgeted salary range for the position is $90,000- $100,000 Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
