Job Overview:
The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our organization's information systems. Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather system requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and consolidation. 2.
System Design and Planning:
Design and propose efficient and effective system solutions to meet business needs. Develop system specifications and documentation to guide the development and implementation process. 3. Collaboration with
Development Teams:
Work closely with both internal and external teams to implement system enhancements. Provide guidance on system architecture, functionality, and user experience. 4.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of systems. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address any issues in the development process. 5.
System Configuration, Implementation, and Integration:
Assist with the configuration and implementation of new systems and the integration of existing systems. Ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations during system upgrades. 6.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for system optimization. Generate reports and present findings to key stakeholders. 7.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on new and updated systems. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues either in person or remote. 8.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, configurations, and processes. Keep documentation up-to-date with changes to the IT environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other computer peripherals for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication.
