About the Role If you enjoy solving complex puzzles, working with data, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is at the center of our Pontoon production process. You ll own the configuration system that drives our ordering and materials accuracy, build production schedules that keep us on track, and ensure capacity information flows cleanly across teams. What You ll Do Turn Engineering/BOM data into accurate configuration rules, option lists, and matrices. Troubleshoot configuration issues and help teams resolve roadblocks quickly. Partner with Sales to refine how our ordering system presents options and guides workflow. Build and maintain the Pontoon production schedule, adjusting it as supplier and production needs evolve. Communicate schedule changes across Production and Purchasing and keep all systems and printed materials up to date. Track and summarize order volume and backlog for weekly leadership discussions. Print and distribute capacity labels for all segments and ensure alignment with Quality Assurance data. Support Customer Service with label requests for non-current products. Position Overview This role supports the Pontoon segment by maintaining and improving our internal configuration and scheduling systems. You ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance to ensure accurate product setup, efficient scheduling, and smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities Configuration Maintain and enhance the internal ordering system by creating rules, option lists, and configuration matrices based on Engineering/BOM data. Troubleshoot configuration issues raised by Engineering or Production teams. Improve system presentation and ordering workflow in alignment with Sales recommendations. Scheduling Build and update the Pontoon production schedule using a macro‑enabled spreadsheet, incorporating Production and Supplier constraints. Coordinate schedule changes with Production and Purchasing, ensuring updates are reflected in both the system and printed schedules. Prepare weekly summaries of scheduled and backlogged orders for leadership meetings. Capacity Label Distribution Print capacity labels for all segments based on daily or weekly production schedules. Fulfill Customer Service requests for non-current product labels. Verify that capacity information aligns with Quality Assurance data. Skills & Requirements Experience with CPQ and Syteline 8/10 strongly preferred; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Strong logic‑driven problem‑solving abilities. Clear, effective communication skills for cross‑department collaboration. Ability to learn and retain a wide range of product information, including engine and trailer offerings.Schedule:
