The company sources highly engineered and new parts, supports supply chain and stocking programs, and offers inventory optimization and life-extension solutions. In-house technical specialists deliver tailored critical spare stocking and planning services, including genuine OEM renewal parts, to match each customer's installation base. PSC is committed to cost-effective solutions, whether customers need renewal parts, life-extension kits, or complete units, making it a trusted partner in maintaining reliable electrical systems. Role Description The Technical Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noblesville, IN. This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal teams on electrical critical spare solutions, including renewal parts, life-extension kits, and related products. Daily activities include troubleshooting product and application issues, interpreting technical specifications, and advising on appropriate parts and solutions for specific installations. The role collaborates closely with sales and operations to support quotes, proposals, and customer presentations, ensuring accurate information and timely responses. The Technical Product Specialist also helps maintain product documentation, contributes to continuous improvement of technical processes, and participates in training efforts to enhance customer and team understanding of PSC offerings. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate parts and solutions. Effective Communication abilities to explain technical concepts clearly to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Hands-on Technical Support experience with electrical or industrial products, including remote and on-site assistance. Proficient Troubleshooting skills for resolving product, configuration, and application problems in a timely manner. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support the sales process through technical expertise and customer education. Relevant experience in electrical equipment, Motor Control Centers, Variable Frequency Drives applications, industrial parts, or critical spare management is strongly preferred. Ability to work on-site in Noblesville, IN, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple priorities. Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with inventory, ERP, or CRM systems is beneficial.
