Billing & Rates:

+ Perform hands-on configuration and support for

SAP IS-U

Billing and Rates. + Configure and maintain: + Rate categories and rate determination + Operands and schemas + Billing master data + Billing variants and invoicing processes + Support complex billing scenarios and tariff changes. + Analyze and resolve billing exceptions, invoicing issues, and rate-related defects. + Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. + Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and defect resolution.

Team Leadership:

+ Lead and mentor a team of

SAP IS-U

consultants and analysts. + Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. + Support knowledge transfer and capability development within the team.

Stakeholder Management:

+ Collaborate with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements. + Conduct workshops and provide functional recommendations aligned with utility business processes. + Communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Support & Delivery:
