Job Description

Role Summary As Kice's ERP & Business Systems Manager, you'll own the administration, support, and improvement of our Epicor ERP environment and core business applications. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with ERP data, reports, workflows, and integrations, and who likes finding where systems fall short and turning that into something that runs cleanly. You'll work alongside people in every department, which means your improvements are felt across the whole company. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Epicor ERP system, including users, workflows, reports, dashboards, data migrations, system configuration, and underlying databases and infrastructure. Serve as the internal resource for ERP-related questions, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Work with users to understand process needs, identify gaps in systems, and implement practical improvements. Own the Epicor application upgrade roadmap. Maintain integrations between Epicor and other platforms (Salesforce, PLM, dashboards/reporting, API). Leverage tools like Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate manual workflows. Support several smaller standalone applications. What You'll Bring Proven experience administering and managing business systems in a manufacturing environment, including associated integrations. Proficiency in database management, SQL, and understanding of large, structured data. Basic competency in C# to manage Epicor customizations. Direct Epicor experience is strongly preferred. Comfortable across the Microsoft ecosystem.
