$400 - $480 per day Experience required: 2-5 years in systems implementation or business analysis Key focus: Requirements analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change adoption What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Conducting detailed requirements analysis to translate business needs into system configuration and implementation plans Collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT functions to define scope, timelines and success criteria Coordinating process improvement activities and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows during implementation Supporting system configuration, testing and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements Developing and delivering training materials and change management communications to drive user adoption Managing project documentation, status reporting and issue tracking using tools such as Jira Liaising between business teams and technical resources to resolve implementation challenges and maintain momentum Participating in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and support ongoing optimization What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years' experience in systems implementation, business analysis or related business/IT function Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, analysis and process mapping Familiarity with ERP or enterprise system implementations, including exposure to SAP or comparable platforms Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field Authorization to work in the United States Preferred qualifications: SAP Certified Professional or equivalent ERP systems certification Experience supporting change management during large-scale implementations Exposure to Agile or iterative implementation methodologies What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Hands-on involvement in live system implementations that drive organizational transformation Exposure to cross-functional business processes and the opportunity to develop deep requirements analysis skills Scope to contribute to process improvement initiatives and shape how organizations operate post-deployment Potential progression toward senior or lead implementation roles, where supported by the role facts Flexible engagement through contract-based work, allowing portfolio development and exposure to diverse industries and implementation contexts Professional development through exposure to latest implementation practices, ERP platforms and change management approaches About Specialist Staffing Group We are a specialist recruitment business that focuses on placing skilled professionals in roles where they can make a measurable impact.
