$400 - $480 per day Experience level: 2-5 years in systems implementation, business analysis or related field Key focus: System implementation, process improvement, requirements analysis and stakeholder engagement What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Supporting the analysis of current business processes and identifying optimization opportunities Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements from stakeholders across the organization Collaborating with IT teams and business users to ensure system configurations align with business needs Coordinating testing activities, managing test cases and working with stakeholders to validate system functionality Developing and delivering training materials and supporting end-user adoption of new systems Documenting implementation workflows, system configurations and best practice recommendations Participating in post-implementation reviews and identifying opportunities for process refinement Supporting change management activities and addressing stakeholder questions during system transitions What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years of experience in systems implementation, business analysis, implementation support or a related discipline Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP systems such as SAP experience is valued, particularly with SAP Certified Professional credentials) Proficiency with tools like Jira for project tracking and requirements management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex business and technical challenges Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have qualifications include SAP Certified Professional credentials, experience with specific industry verticals, or familiarity with additional enterprise system platforms.
