We're seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst to support critical engineering programs by managing product changes, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with configuration management standards. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of configuration management experience Experience supporting engineering change processes and technical documentation Familiarity with configuration control, status accounting, and audits Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with configuration management software and reporting tools preferred Job Duties Analyze engineering and product design changes for configuration impact. Maintain configuration management documentation and records. Support change control processes, audits, and review activities Prepare configuration status reports and technical data packages. Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and documentation. Research parts, materials, and technical requirements Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards. Train and support teams on configuration management procedures Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
