Systems Analyst
Job Description
Analyze business and technical requirements for custom software applications and translate them into system specifications, workflow designs, and front-end application features; evaluate existing system functionality and support improvements to performance, usability, accessibility, and integration with client systems; configure and support React and Angular components, forms, routing, state-management tools, and reusable user-interface modules; integrate RESTful, GraphQL, and AI/ML APIs to support data exchange, authentication, error handling, natural-language processing, summarization, classification, semantic search, and predictive data retrieval; create responsive interfaces, data grids, dashboards, charts, and reports using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, SCSS, and Kendo UI; and support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation of customized software solutions. May need to work in other locations as required.
