LER TechForce:

Life | What you will be doing: Process technical information documents and CAD data by using work instructions to complete the following tasks: database entry, quality checks, bundle/release documents and data in proprietary systems. Interface with Engineers and follow-up/support on technical information that have been returned for correction. Process and manage Our Client's Manufacturing and Supplier Engineering Change Requests and Supplier submission of technical information documents and CAD data. Support suppliers in approval drawing submission. Administer proprietary data sending system (WARD). Investigate errors identified by the system and resolve or request resolution from the responsible departments as necessary. Follow up to ensure all errors are resolved. Troubleshoot process problems seeking opportunities to improve cost, quality, and/or delivery. Create activity specific training materials & job aids. Provide proprietary system/process training and support to end users. Apply and maintain system user accounts/access rights. Perform duties as assigned. What you'll need to be successful:

Basic:

2-year associates degree with 2+ years' experience. Understanding of vehicle structure at a component level. Strong sense of customer service. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows and Internet Explorer. Able to quickly learn proprietary systems and processes. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Able to meet deadlines. Self-motivated hard worker. Able to work flexible hours when required by workload. High degree of interpersonal skills with a willingness to work in a culturally diverse team environment.
