Experience working with APIs, system interfaces, and software development lifecycle practices in integrated application environments. Proficiency with Oracle SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and operational reporting. Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, defect tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience handling production support, incident management, and release coordination in business-critical systems.
