The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare or information systems, with the ability to work under minimal supervision to formulate and define systems scope, develop information systems, and revise existing system logic as necessary. Required Skills 3-5 years of relevant field experience with a required Associate's Degree or equivalent Strong background in Facets claims processing and configuration knowledge Extensive medical coding and billing knowledge, alongside moderate clinical knowledge Experience formulating and defining systems scopes and deep understanding of systems development lifecycle Prior Optum CES or equivalent clinical edit vendor knowledge Preferred Certified professional coder Bachelor s degree in relevant field
