• $62/hr We have an immediate need for a Senior LabWare LIMS Consultant based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, working in a 100% onsite model, with relocation candidates considered.

This is a long-term opportunity to support critical laboratory systems within a highly collaborative and regulated environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, stability, and performance of the LabWare LIMS system supporting lab operations. You will ensure seamless order processing by proactively identifying and removing any impediments that may impact business continuity. Acting as a key technical expert, you will analyze system performance issues, optimize laboratory and digital workflows, and translate complex business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Lab Operations, Customer Experience, Data Governance, and Analytics to ensure operational readiness, effective incident response, and proper documentation. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through workflow automation, system integrations including sequencing platforms, and adherence to best practices in secure coding, data integrity, observability, and release management. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in LabWare LIMS systems, with deep understanding of laboratory process flows, system configuration, and underlying business logic. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in performance optimization, workflow automation, and platform integrations. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment with operational and compliance goals.
