is currently looking for an Accessories Service Parts Analyst to join our team for an exciting new opportunity in Michigan. The Accessories Service Parts Analyst will play a critical role in supporting vehicle launches and service parts operations throughout the product lifecycle. This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, validating, and releasing accessories and service parts while ensuring product structure accuracy, serviceability, and timely execution of engineering changes. The ideal candidate will bring experience with automotive Bill of Materials (BOMs), product release processes, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting high-visibility vehicle programs and launch activities. Responsibilities Service Parts & Product Lifecycle Management Create, maintain, validate, and release accessories and service parts to support vehicle launch requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Utilize enterprise systems including MPMS, STV, TeamCenter, SBOM/EBOM, WebCN, and internal dashboards to review, track, manage, and approve part releases. Perform BOM analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product structures. Support part setup and release activities for vehicle launches, carry-over programs, upfits, and accessory applications. Maintain accurate product structures while ensuring serviceability requirements are achieved. Engineering Change & Data Management Evaluate engineering changes and implement part updates in accordance with established change management processes and timelines. Monitor release status, project milestones, and deliverables through reporting tools and dashboards. Investigate discrepancies and support resolution of part-related issues across multiple systems. Help maintain data integrity and compliance across service parts operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering teams, suppliers, program management, and other key stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements. Communicate project status, risks, and milestone updates to leadership and program teams. Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure launch readiness and service part availability. Support high-impact automotive programs and contribute to successful vehicle launches. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred. Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs) in an automotive environment. Experience supporting product releases, engineering changes, or service parts operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with product lifecycle management, change management, or part release processes. Experience supporting FCA/Stellantis service parts programs. Hands-on experience with TeamCenter, MPMS, STV, SBOM/EBOM, WebCN, or similar PLM systems. Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of automotive service parts practices and methodologies. Experience supporting automotive vehicle launches and accessory programs.
