Jr. IT Project Lead

Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules and manage meetings to ensure tasks are completed on time. Compile and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and challenges. Identify and resolve technical issues, effectively utilizing team resources. Document all project phases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings, tracking action items, and generating reports. Support communication efforts, including change notifications and newsletters for global teams. Act as a backup for the lead project manager when necessary, ensuring continuity in project oversight. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, for data analysis and presentation. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information clearly. Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on efficient results delivery. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong oral and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. Preferred Skills Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Experience in regulatory or quality assurance processes. Ability to work effectively across different time zones in a global team setting. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
