Compensation Range Annual Salary:
$63,500.00 - $85,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.) About This Job The main purpose of this job is to be the initial point of contact with internal and external users while providing exceptional customer service and support for our different wealth management systems while also serving as a systems liaison/consultant to develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs. Short-term focus is on the investment performance and client reporting system, Addepar. This role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our reporting systems and supporting the wealth management process. Essential Functions Provide technical support to both internal and external users including user access administration and tier 1 support for several applications Provide application subject matter expertise to all levels of internal and external users Support ongoing system operations through maintenance, user access management, enhancement validation, and defect testing Provide analysis for and perform system configurations to support business needs - formulates systems to parallel overall business unit strategies. Translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions and product features Monitor system use and recommend enhancements for productivity Coordinate communication on application issues (production bugs) between internal customers and external vendors Provide support, consultation and recommendations to clients in resolving technical problems Provide client demos and/or training of online products as requested by administration and/or management Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards Investigate and resolve discrepancies in performance calculations, data accuracy, and reporting outputs Assist in the integration and reconciliation of data between systems to ensure accuracy and integrity Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to wealth management and client reporting Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Strong knowledge of wealth management systems, including best practices Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve; strong analytical skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 4+ years systems analysis experience required Experience in a customer-centric, system administrator role preferred Experience with wealth management systems, such as Addepar preferred •Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education •For individuals applying, assigned and/or hired to work in areas with pay transparency requirements, Commerce is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for some roles. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
