Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep knowledge of SAP CPQ and Salesforce, specializing in quote-to-cash (Q2C) and order booking integrations. The Business Analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and integration teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions within an Agile delivery model. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams for SAP CPQ and Salesforce initiatives Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, and order booking Support and document integrations between SAP CPQ, Salesforce, and backend systems (ERP and order management) Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and user stories Translate requirements into well-defined JIRA epics (definition of ready and definition of done), user stories, and acceptance criteria Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate closely with offshore development and QA teams to clarify requirements and validate delivered solutions Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and release readiness Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments 5+ years of strong hands-on knowledge of SAP CPQ 5+ years of strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) 5+ years of solid understanding of quoting, pricing, and order booking integrations 5+ years of experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes 5+ years of experience documenting and supporting system-to-system integrations 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 3+ years of hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management and delivery tracking Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work full-time aligned to Eastern Time Zone business hour Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating SAP CPQ with SAP ERP or order management systems Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud) Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration platforms AboutNTT DATA

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
