The Role The Cutover and Data Lead, Americas Deployments is a critical delivery leadership role supporting the company's enterprise ERP transformation. This role provides end‑to‑end regional ownership for data readiness, data conversion, data migration, and integrated cutover execution, ensuring these activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered successfully through go‑live. Partnering closely with business and technology leaders, you will drive disciplined planning, execution rigor, and effective decision‑making to enable high‑quality, compliant, and timely data outcomes. This role plays a key part in delivering sustainable, scalable improvements across multiple data domains and platforms, including SAP and non‑SAP systems. You will lead Americas data deployment activities, translating enterprise ERP strategy into executable regional plans, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring delivery commitments are met across scope, timeline, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead Americas data deployment planning and execution, defining scope, priorities, milestones, sequencing, and resourcing in alignment with ERP program objectives. Serve as the regional lead for data and cutover workstreams, coordinating cross‑functional and cross‑workstream dependencies and driving issue resolution through governance forums. Develop and maintain integrated data conversion and cutover plans, including critical path analysis, readiness checkpoints, rehearsals/mock cycles, and contingency planning. Own regional cutover execution, including governance processes, runbooks, readiness dashboards, and go/no‑go recommendations. Provide executive‑level status reporting on schedule health, risks, mitigation plans, and decision escalations. Coordinate post‑go‑live hypercare activities, ensuring issues are triaged, tracked, and resolved through stabilization. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding them into repeatable deployment standards, playbooks, and templates.
Required Qualifications Education:
Master's degree with 2 years of Information Systems experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Information Systems experience. Proven experience leading ERP data conversion and migration across multiple business domains, including profiling, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover support. Demonstrated success leading workstreams in matrixed, cross‑functional environments. Strong project and program management capabilities, including structured planning, dependency management, risk and issue mitigation, and executive‑ready communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience withSAP S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), Informatica, or SAP MDG. Experience supporting large‑scale or global ERP implementations across complex system landscapes. Technical Experience 4+ years delivering complex data solutions using master data platforms, migration tools, and data governance technologies. Hands‑on experience integrating data from multiple ERPs and legacy systems to support a single source of truth.Additional Information Work Environment:
