Here Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role with a standard schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. However, the work schedule may be adjusted to extend beyond 5 pm based on department needs. Role:
As a System Support Analyst , you will oversee technology systems related to the programming and maintenance of parks and recreation facilities. This includes managing database systems, such as RecTrac and InFor EAM, supporting GIS needs, and serving as a key player on the technology power user team. You will also develop and deliver application training to staff, manage department websites, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and analyze data to support future department planning. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as involvement in various departmental and city-wide committees.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage recreation management and enterprise asset management systems. Support GIS needs and related software systems. Conduct classroom-style or virtual training sessions for technology users. Develop policies, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with city IT staff, external vendors, and the public. This job is Non-Exempt and subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Qualifications What You Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree with 1-3 years of experience with database and/or asset management software. "OR" an equivalency of a High School Diploma/GED with 5-7 years of experience with database and/or asset management software. 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment. Prior experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RecTrac, InFor EAM, or similar systems. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) experience. Website management experience. 1+ years of classroom-style training experience onsite or virtual. Public sector work experience. Ready to Lead?
