Yanceyville, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $41.00 - 48.40 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Support the daily LEMS process, maintain accurate cost data within the EcoSys system, and issue comprehensive weekly construction reports.

Collaborate weekly with contractors to validate schedule percentage complete, as well as actual and forecasted start and finish dates.

Analyze and maintain the project forecast while ensuring the assigned Project Controls Analyst receives accurate and timely cost/schedule information.

Support the project's change management process and track incurred costs utilizing earned value management principles.
