Job Description
Systems Analyst - Implementations (Location - NH) The Team The Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB) Platform team within the Health Care Technology Group (HCG) organization supports the recordkeeping and administration of health benefits (medical, dental and vision plans) and life insurance plans on behalf of Fidelity's corporate clients, their employees, and retirees. The technology associates on the FHB Platform team interact with business partners as well as systems partners who have responsibility for client-facing channels such as NetBenefits® and Plan Sponsor WebStation®. The development teams are located across USA and India. This role is based of North Carolina, USA. Team size is 150+ resources across IT and Product. Highly motivated team works completely on Agile Methodology. The FHB Platform team is looking to fill an interesting and challenging position on its Implementations/development team. As a Systems Analyst on the Implementations team, you will partner with Client Services and Operations teams not only to implement new Clients on the FHB Platform but by also improving the efficiency and quality of the entire implementation process The Purpose of This Role As a Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team, you will partner with Client Services and Operations teams to implement new Clients on the

coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates on the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks continually improve the efficiency and quality of the entire implementation process The Expertise We're Looking For Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience in systems analysis / project management type roles Ability to look beyond the day to day process. Should have a zeal to add value to the organization The Skills You Bring Strategic thinking, excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills The Lead Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team must coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Extensive understating of Project Management fundamentals Excellent communication and presentation skills Effective stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups Understands business challenges and translates them to business solutions Flexible to prioritize and deliver on multiple business priorities simultaneously Superior client facing capabilities to areas such as consulting with the client, appropriate assessment of client needs, understanding client needs, and application within the Volume Submitter framework. Broad knowledge of client services and business functions Experience with creating and executing SQL Broad knowledge of client services and business functions Behavior Skills Ability to elicit requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a self-regulated environment Motivated to learn new tools and techniques for betterment of the overall process Having the zeal to look beyond the day to day process, add value to the customers and the client The Value You Deliver Manages multiple implementation projects and project steps for new clients; oversees these projects as they progress through internal processes to ensure completion and accuracy for clients. Provides Subject Matter Expertise and is accountable for the timely delivery of high impact project milestones in order to create a seamless and successful transition to the ongoing support teams Assist the Implementation Manager in organizing the activities of implementations team assigned to the project through specific sections of an Implementation timeframe Assist the Implementation Manager in prioritizing workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations. How Your Work Impacts the Organization Since this position requires daily contact with numerous Fidelity and/or external groups. The Lead Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team must coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Delivering an optimized estimate leads to increased revenue and client satisfaction. Assist the Implementation Manager in prioritizing workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations.
