Onsite, 5 days per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced EDI Specialist with hands on NetSuite EDI experience to manage and support electronic data interchange between our organization, customers, and trading partners. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for EDI operations, ensuring accurate transactions, seamless integrations, and compliance with trading partner requirements across the NetSuite ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Manage day to day EDI operations within NetSuite EDI / NetSuite EDI SuiteApps, including transaction monitoring, troubleshooting errors, and resolving EDI exceptions. Configure, onboard, and maintain trading partner relationships, ensuring adherence to partner specific EDI requirements and timelines. Support and maintain EDI integrations directly within NetSuite, including order, fulfillment, invoicing, and inventory workflows. Develop, validate, and troubleshoot EDI mappings for core transaction sets, including: 850

  • Invoices 856
  • Advance Ship Notices (ASN) 940 / 945
  • Warehouse Shipping Orders 997
  • Functional Acknowledgments Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order to cash processes.
Conduct and manage EDI testing cycles for new trading partners, document types, and system changes. Provide training and ongoing support to internal users on EDI workflows, best practices, and NetSuite integration processes. Monitor EDI performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years of hands on experience with NetSuite EDI, including SuiteApps, integrations, and transaction management. Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT. Experience with common EDI communication methods, including AS2, SFTP, and VANs. Solid knowledge of NetSuite order to cash workflows, including purchasing, fulfillment, invoicing, and inventory. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve EDI transaction issues efficiently. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and manage external trading partner relationships.
