Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for the monitoring, coordination, testing, and ongoing support for the Ambulatory EHR remote hosted environment in conjunction with all vendors. Primary Position Responsibilities Coordinate with the hosting vendor all installation of server hardware and software requests. Coordinate with the hosting vendor all upgrades and patching of operating system software on terminal servers and application servers. Ensures all server backups complete as expected. Create and manage any applicable documentation, both in educational format and/or ticket tracking. Prepares and presents technical offerings, summarizing findings, alternatives and recommendations. Provide backup and overflow to Help Desk support. Other duties as assigned.
