Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in
  • > • General Ledger (GL)•including New GL, parallel ledgers, Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR),Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting & Cash Management, Controlling (CO) • Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA) • Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (COPA•Costing & Account-based), •
LSMW / LTMC
/ Migration Cockpit, Data cleansing and reconciliation
  • Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
  • FSCM (Collections, Dispute, Credit Management)
  • SAP Ariba / Concur integration
  • Hands-on experience integrating FICO with MM (Procure-to-Pay cycle), SD (Order-to-Cash), PP (Manufacturing / Costing integration), SuccessFactors / HR Payroll (optional but valuable)
  • Strong understanding of Accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS), Financial closing processes, Financial reporting and compliance ,Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
  • Business Partner integration (BP), New Asset Accounting in S/4
  • Experience with & Working knowledge of
  • Period-end and year-end closing,
  • Taxation basics (VAT, GST depending on region),
  • S/4HANA implementation or conversion (Brownfield/Greenfield),
  • Central Finance / Finance Transformation projects,
  • Fiori apps for finance,
  • Legacy system data mapping to SAP
  • SAP Fiori reporting
  • Financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L),
  • Drill-down and real-time reporting,
  • Group Reporting (S/4)
  • ABAP debugging (basic level)
  • IDocs / Interfaces / APIs
  • Batch jobs & background processing
  • Design end-to-end finance solution architecture
  • Define system landscape and data flow
  • Create functional specifications (FS) and solution designs
  • Relevant

  • Collaborate with client SME, Finance leaders, Business stakeholders
  • Design end-to-end SAP Finance (FICO) solutions aligned with business goals
  • Define system architecture, data models, and financial processes
  • Cr eate blueprints and functional solution designs
  • Establish global templates for multi-country implementations
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Rollouts)
  • Oversee configuration of:
  • GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
  • Costing & Controlling (CO modules)
  • Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and standards
  • Drive or support S/4HANA migration/conversion projects
  • Implement key S/4 features:
  • Universal Journal,New Asset Accounting,Fiori-based finance processes
  • Enable finance transformation initiatives (Central Finance, automation)
  • Coordinate with technical teams
  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations
  • Translate business needs into technical/functional solutions
  • Lead and mentor

Base Salary Range :
$100,000 to $160,000
