Job Description

The Systems Analyst II is responsible for supporting applications in responding to incidents and working as a liaison to other IT Teams. Performs analysis on all collaborative systems used by AMH. Defines and constructs requested documents to further assist with projects and IT support. Uses judgement and makes design decisions across multiple applications. This includes managing workloads and scheduling work to meet milestones and deadlines. Responsibilities Designing implementations of collaborative applications. This includes defining permission sets, decisions on configuration settings, and adjustments during implementations. Assists in training the Operations team and creating documented procedures to use multiple collaboration tools. Assists in the maintenance, enhancement, testing and update process of the applications in relation to IT collaborative tools. Reviews request for configuration changes and/or enhancements. Develops and designs solutions to meet requirements. Implements solutions following standard IT procedures. Troubleshoots and responds to incidents that have been escalated from Operations. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Systems or Application Support. Experience with Atlassian JIRA. Experience with Atlassian Confluence. Experience with Microsoft Teams. Experience with Box storage solutions. Compensation The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $79,646.00 to $99,557.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience. Additional Compensation This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
