Product Owner - HCM

AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner I to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud operations while partnering closely with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud HCM production operations, issue triage, and root cause analysis Coordinate with offshore AMS teams to resolve system and user issues efficiently Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational risks Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for enhancements and projects Participate in testing activities including test case review, execution, and validation Support project delivery from planning through deployment Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, DTP, vendors, and business stakeholders Assist with training materials, user communications, and change management initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency Support KPI tracking and evaluation of system enhancements and operational performance What We re
