IT Intern

Overview:

Impact:

Workstation Readiness:

Ensure all office desks and conference rooms are "meeting-ready," including checking monitors, docking stations, and AV equipment.

Help Desk:

Monitor the incoming ticket queue and process trouble tickets.

Mobile & Desktop Setup :

Perform "white-glove" setups for new office staff, including configuring email and help with logons.

Remote Support :

Provide phone and screen-share assistance to offsite staff, guiding them through home-office connectivity or software errors.

Asset Auditing :

Maintain an organized IT storage area and perform regular audits of peripherals (keyboards, mice, adapters) to ensure the office is well-stocked.

Salary Min:

USD $21.00/Hr.

Salary Max:

USD $26.00/Hr.
