Job Overview The Systems Analyst II provides day to day field services and desktop support for RACI's end user information systems. Working under the guidance of the IT Director, this role bridges clinical and administrative operations with IT, providing hands on support, workflow analysis, and system implementation assistance across all RACI locations.
Key Responsibilities Application & System Support:
Provide day to day analytical, technical, and preventative maintenance support for end user information systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
Field Service Support:
Travel to RACI locations to install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and workstation hardware and software, and to resolve on site technical issues for end users.
Liaison Role:
Act as a communication bridge between practice staff, providers, and IT infrastructure teams.
Workflow Analysis:
Analyze current operational procedures and software issues, translating real world workflows into functional system requirements.
Testing & Implementation:
Assist with system builds, software updates, data validation, and pre implementation testing.
Training & Documentation:
Create clear end user documentation and reference guides, and coordinate training sessions to ensure optimal system utilization.
Ticket Management:
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, documenting all actions accurately.
Process Documentation:
Document current process flows and translate them into technical requirements. Qualifications and Requirements Education and Experience Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus one year field support experience Alternatively, a High School Diploma and seven years of experience. Bachelor's degree - Preferred Technical Skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Proficiency in client and server configuration principles. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve routine application and hardware errors. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Desired Qualifications Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required. Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system such as NextGen and NextTech a plus but not required. Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or equivalent certifications a plus.
