Job Description Build your IT skills where technology meets action! Work hands-on with hardware, support real operational processes, and collaborate with experienced IT professionals in a fast-paced environment. Tasks As the IT Equipment & Service Delivery Intern, you will perform the following duties: Assist with equipment recertification of laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations Perform basic hardware inspections, validation, cleaning, and labeling Support device intake, staging, redeployment, and retirement processes Work closely with the Service Delivery team on equipment‑related requests and tickets Help maintain accurate asset records and documentation Follow established IT standards, procedures, and data security guidelines Participate in inventory management and periodic audits as needed Provide general support for IT operational tasks and improvement initiatives • All other duties as assigned or required Requirements To make the most of this internship, you should have: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required Exposure to enterprise IT service delivery and support workflows Hands‑on experience with end‑user hardware lifecycle management Understanding of asset management, compliance, and recertification processes Experience with SQL (coursework, academic projects, or internships acceptable) Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar) Experience with Excel, scripting, or report automation Must be willing to work shifts Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. • CV/Resume and Letter of recommendation required • Company will not provide relocation assistance Company About Lufthansa Technik North America Holding Corp.
