This role ensures devices and peripherals are accurately configured, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance across depot operations. Key Responsibilities  Fulfill hardware requests including laptops, monitors, and peripherals  Stage, image, and configure devices per standard build requirements  Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow  Pick, pack, and ship assets with accurate documentation  Maintain inventory accuracy including row, bin, shelf, and substate updates  Perform intake and restocking of returned assets  Partner with RTI and HAM teams to support asset lifecycle accuracy  Conduct routine inventory audits  Support bulk fulfillment initiatives  Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Required Qualifications  2+ years of experience in IT asset fulfillment or depot operations  Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools  Familiarity with imaging and device configuration  Strong organizational and inventory management skills  Ability to lift and move IT equipment  Strong teamwork and communication skills

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
