Posted Date 9/11/2026 Description The Senior Capital Planning Analyst supports the organization's capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing activities through financial analysis, project management, data validation, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role manages assigned projects and workstreams, evaluates capital, liquidity, funding, and balance-sheet risks, and uses financial systems, analytical tools, dashboards, and automation to strengthen reporting, controls, and operational efficiency. Working with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Data, and Technology stakeholders, the analyst supports governance, regulatory deliverables, system testing, issue resolution, and informed management decision-making. What You'll Do :
Essential Functions:

Supports recurring and strategic capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing activities, including workplans, deliverables, management and board reporting, regulatory engagements, and governance processes. Manages assigned projects and cross-functional workstreams by developing workplans, coordinating resources and stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks, actions, and decisions, communicating status, and escalating barriers as appropriate. Evaluates processes and supports improvements to controls, transparency, consistency, and efficiency, including dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and other digital or AI-enabled solutions. Prepares and maintains procedures, process flows, methodologies, controls, data definitions and lineage, system documentation, testing evidence, training materials, and governance records. Analyzes financial statements, forecasts, balance-sheet trends, capital ratios, risk-weighted assets, liquidity, funding, and related scenarios, sensitivities, variances, and key drivers. Extracts, reconciles, and validates data from databases, financial systems, planning models, and regulatory templates using SQL or comparable tools, and supports resolution of data issues. Uses ALM, cash-flow forecasting, and balance-sheet simulation systems to support evaluation of interest-rate risk, liquidity, funding, earnings, and capital, and assists with system testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.

Applies advanced knowledge of job area with experienced understanding of functional area. Typically receives little instruction on daily work. Works independently within defined specialties; adapts methods and procedures for routine work with minimal oversight. Accountable for deliverables. May mentor others and coach or review their work.

Education & Experience:
    Required Education:
    Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
      Required Experience:
      3 - 6 years of relevant experience
      Qualifications & Skills:
      Demonstrated project management and documentation skills, including managing cross-functional projects and developing clear procedures, process flows, requirements, test materials, and stakeholder communications. Strong financial and capital analysis skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, stress testing, and management reporting. Proficiency in SQL and experience extracting, reconciling, and analyzing large datasets from financial systems and data warehouses. Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; advanced Excel skills required. Hands-on experience using automation, data transformation, or AI-enabled tools to improve processes and reduce manual work. Knowledge of ALM, cash-flow forecasting, balance-sheet simulation, or treasury systems.

      Marlboro/Chelmsford, MA or Hillsboro, OR Target Compensation:
      $104,000 - $125,000 + annual bonus
      Schedule:
      Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, HYBRID 3+ days/week onsite
