Job Summary:

This position will track and analyze data and develop and maintain reports and dashboards, models and systems critical to monitoring, facilitating and achieving Sales and Marketing growth goals and activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Growth Systems Administrator - Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Fieldbook/Moata the Marketing Lead Tracking System (MLTS). Maintain, update, test and troubleshoot the application, working closely with internal users and outside programmers. Identify bugs as well as opportunities for improved functionality and continuous sales efficiency. Propose new enhancements and write detailed specifications for modifications; lead project, manage budget and supervise outside programmers to implement these changes. Develop and publish system reports and analysis. Provide handson training to internal users and also develop written training materials. Support key marketing databases (e.g. Datamart and various program databases) including troubleshooting production issues and testing enhancements.
