Auberle's mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. Position Title and Overview Technology Specialist (Full-Time) Auberle seeks a Technology Specialist to own how technology works across a multi-site human services organization. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and sits within Auberle's Administration department, supporting technology operations across all departments and locations. You will be the daily point of contact between Auberle's managed IT service providers and the staff who depend on reliable technology to serve our communities. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your work directly supports the people and programs at the heart of Auberle's mission. Your first-year priority will be supporting Auberle's transition from on-premises servers to cloud-based infrastructure. Beyond that, you will coordinate with IT vendors on day-to-day service needs, configure and deploy hardware, support staff learning on technical topics and software, manage device inventory and security systems, and handle AV setup for meetings and events. This is a newly created position with an entrepreneurial nature. The ideal candidate is experienced and prepared to thrive as the organization's sole internal technology resource, supported by an outsourced help desk and managed IT service providers. You should be comfortable building processes from scratch and able to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, from frontline staff to leadership. This role does not include direct reports but may include oversight of an intern.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in McKeesport. Occasional travel is required. All positions are also expected to attend training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.

Qualifications Position Requirements:
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required. Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance. 3+ years of experience in technology operations, systems coordination, or IT project management. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. Experience coordinating with managed IT service providers or external technology vendors. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling practices. Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-size technology projects, including scope definition, timeline management, and stakeholder updates. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and present information to non-technical audiences of varying size, including staff and leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Reliability and punctuality; this role requires consistent on-site presence.
