Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Work Management Specialist to join the Air Combat Electronic Attack Support Contract (ACEA) Integration Team to drive enhancements and ongoing execution of work management and task optimisation system that supports the sustainment of the Royal Australian Air Forces F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler fleet.

Program overview.

The ACEA program provides in-service support, sustainment and upgrades for electronic attack and self-protection systems that protect Australias combat aircraft and aircrew. This capability enhances survivability in contested environments, supports operational readiness, and enables integration with coalition systems and tactics.

Work within a team that manages the tasking and execution of hands-on engineering, integration, testing, sustainment and in-service support for high-readiness operations.

What youll get to do

As Work Management Specialist you will work within a multi-discipline team that provides management, prioritisation, and reporting of tasks that drive the sustainment functions of the Program to maintain operational effectiveness of the Royal Australian Air Forces F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler fleet.

This position will engage and communicate with key stakeholders and leaders across the ACEA enterprise to ensure ongoing adaptive coordination of engineering, maintenance and logistics services to achieve operational objectives of the platforms.

Participate in regular meetings across the enterprise in support of task coordination

Gather data and information from multiple corporate & Defence tools, generate reports and information to support the ACEA Work Management Lead in coordinating activities

Manage and update procedures and processes that support the team in delivering Work Management services to the enterprise.

Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and prioritise activities to achieve defined objectives while maintaining adherence to policy and procedure.

Strong accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes that positively impact team and program performance.

Proven capability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to engage, inform, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.

The ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of first-time quality.
