Base Range $60,000 - $80,000 Job Purpose Our Applications Administrator will lead the administration, optimization, and integration of our core insurance technology platforms. This role is central to maintaining a connected, high‑performance agency environment spanning Sagitta, ImageRight, IVANS, Agency One, and related Vertafore products. The Systems Administrator will serve as the agency's subject‑matter expert for system configuration, carrier data management, workflow automation, and data integrity across all operational platforms. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Sagitta & ImageRight Administration Serve as the lead AMS Sagitta Administrator, overseeing system stability, performance, and advanced third-party configuration. Manage AMS internal configurations, financial and servicing workflows, and data accuracy across reporting structures. Oversee full lifecycle administration of ImageRight, including document management, workflow design, and automation. Configure and manage file structures, workflows, email receivers, and more through the Enterprise Management Console (EMC). Work closely with vendor partners on upgrades, enhancements, and performance. Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership to implement system enhancements and process improvements. Execute targeted data maintenance projects and regular audits to identify data gaps and implement corrective measures to ensure system-wide integrity. Maintain data governance standards across all systems by monitoring data structures, enforce compliance protocols, and ensure accuracy operational outputs. Vertafore Ecosystem Integration Support and lead Agency One administration and implementations. Integrate Vertafore products to create a cohesive, connected agency environment. Administer and customize Proposal Builder templates and workflows. Carrier Download & Data Management Lead and administer all aspects of carrier download processing, including setup of carrier download parameters within Sagitta, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Administer carrier and agency codes to ensure real‑time data accuracy and seamless data flow. Maintain 100% accuracy across carrier portals, AMS carrier data, and licensing alignment. User Management & Support Create and Manage user profiles, permissions, and security access across all platforms. Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 technical support, serving as the primary escalation point for system issues and user support. Assist with complex service needs, including high-level invoicing, AMS policy workflows, ACORD forms, and intricate spreadsheets and reports. Reporting Administer and customize high-level reports for regional teams and leadership using Sagitta Report Builder & CAND reports, Helix, and ImageRight Process Dashboard. Provide insights and reporting that support operations, accounting, leadership, and compliance. Understanding Helix data structures and their connection to Sagitta. Collaborating with Helix programmers to develop agency‑specific reports, dashboards, and data sets. Ensuring data integrity across Helix, Sagitta, and downstream reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications NCSA Sagitta Certification preferred. Deep technical knowledge of Vertafore Sagitta, ImageRight, IVANS, Agency One, and other Vertafore products. Solid understanding of Property & Casualty products, workflows, data structures, ACORD standards, carrier operations, agency code structures, and data flow between systems and reporting tools. Experience with workflow automation, system configuration, and enterprise-level administration. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and other agency tools. Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and collect complex data, diagnose and resolve complex application errors, data mismatches, and performance issues across multiple platforms. Ability to manage tasks where complexity is driven by financial risk, technical requirements, and urgency. Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. High attention to detail in data management, mapping, and reconciliation. Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, operations, vendors, and leadership teams. Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear guidance for non‑technical users. 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance agency operations and agency management systems administration Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 4+ years of relevant work experience Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally #LI-KW1 #LI-Remote Notice to Candidates Requiring Sponsorship At this time, CBIZ is not engaging with applicants who require sponsorship.
