Functional Collaboration Team Leadership & Collaboration User Acceptance Testing (UAT) User Story development and clarification SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, ServiceNow, Postman, RESTful APIs, Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), SharePoint Strong data analytics background, experience managing policy governance; Strong collaborator and partnership; Strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, Ability to represent complex data in an executive presentation format to enable action. What You Will Be Doing The role is responsible for the governance of hardware and software products that are approaching or have surpassed end of support (EoS). This includes ensuring that supporting EoS ServiceNow functionality operates as expected; managing enhancements to that functionality; creating and prioritizing user stories; and performing testing and validation. The role leverages ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data and Power BI to identify potential issues and partners with Product Owners and technology teams to ensure remediation plans are in place and progressing as expected. The role actively follows up on at risk items to drive accountability and timely resolution, escalates where remediation progress does not align with policy or risk expectations, and develops clear, concise PowerPoint materials to support executive, risk committee, and governance reporting. Reporting is expected to be accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership expectations.
Contract Duration:
