What You Will Do:

Work with Supply Chain Managers to accelerate quotes and repairs and get commit dates for parts Track root cause of returns after unit inspection has been completed Provide status of CRMs to Value Stream Leads Provide reports of CRM turn time Provide weekly CRM tracking slide for PMT meeting PMO Support Track SRI for Legacy Programs and provide status on actions to PM team Collaborate with SRI team to ensure Legacy items are appropriately prioritized. Provide a weekly report on SRI to PMO Review mismatch tool (supplier commits) for key parts and escalate significant gaps

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 1-3 years of prior relevant experience preferred SAP experience Experience leading projects Strong communication skills and the ability to present to key stakeholders Contract background related to the customer return process preferred Ability to create Pareto, bar, and pie charts from data and generate reports Capable of managing large sets of data and dissecting the data Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel Pay Range:

$29/hour - $32/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Windsor Locks, CT and is considered hybrid with 1 days required on-site. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
