DocuSign CLM Analyst White Plains, NY 10605 Hybrid work $45 an hour - Full-time, Contract $45 an hour - Full-time, Contract DocuSign CLM Analyst Hybrid | White Plains, NY 12-Month Contract | W2 Only A large, well-established organization is seeking a DocuSign CLM Analyst to support enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst with experience supporting DocuSign CLM , enterprise business systems, and cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. In this role, you'll serve as the functional expert for the organization's Contract Lifecycle Management platform, partnering with business users, IT, Legal, Procurement, and project teams to optimize workflows, improve user adoption, and ensure platform stability. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days onsite each week in White Plains, NY. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for DocuSign CLM Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions Configure and maintain: Contract templates Workflow automation Approval routing Clause libraries Business rules Metadata fields Document generation components Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system improvements Manage enhancement requests and prioritize ongoing platform optimization Administer users, permissions, security roles, and system configurations Support software releases, regression testing, validation, and change management Monitor platform performance, integrations, and overall system health Develop user guides, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training documentation Deliver end-user training sessions and promote successful platform adoption Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Project Management teams on enterprise initiatives Participate in continuous improvement projects related to enterprise business systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 1-5 years of experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms Experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications Strong understanding of: Workflow configuration Approval routing Business rules Metadata management Document automation Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and change management Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM Experience with DocuSign eSignature Familiarity with workflow automation and enterprise integration technologies Knowledge of enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management best practices Experience developing user training and documentation DocuSign CLM Administrator or Specialist certification Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) ITIL Foundation Certification Requirements Candidates must reside within the Tri-State area Must be authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis #IND456
