Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k) Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled ERP Integration Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing ERP-related projects, integrating business systems, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and technology platforms. This role requires an individual who is extremely tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams through complex system implementations and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution and implementation. Manage ERP system integration projects from planning through deployment and post-implementation support. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and other departments to identify business requirements and system needs. Support and maintainHRIS/HRMS
platforms, including systems such as Sage and related enterprise applications. Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Assess project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and maintain project documentation, system workflows, and implementation plans. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Coordinate system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Perform any additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field . Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting ERP, HRIS, HRMS, or enterprise software systems. Strong understanding of HR systems, including platforms such as Sage or similar HRMS solutions. Working knowledge of SQL and database management concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise software applications.Preferred:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification. Experience leading ERP implementation, integration, or system migration projects. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
