Job Description:
This role serves as a Power User and subject matter expert backup for incentive compensation management systems, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions that ensure data integrity and support the organization's compensation plan operations. Job Summary Consult with business partners and project teams to understand needs and translate business requirements into technical requirements and effective system solutions. Configure ICM systems with scalable, flexible, and maintainable processes that support incentive compensation business rules. Develop and maintain documentation of complex technological solutions and implementation requirements. Perform quality assurance testing of system configuration and data input/output processes to ensure end-to-end data integrity. Assess and analyze complex issues and technical problems, determine root causes, and recommend process or system changes to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with internal audit standards, business policies and procedures, system security, and change management processes. Support the analysis, development, delivery, and ongoing support of systems and processes, and assist in training and mentoring team members.
Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years of experience configuring within an incentive compensation management (ICM) system such as Motivator or an equivalent platform. Experience leading automation efforts with HR or IT applications. Demonstrated ability to write complex logical queries and create complex formulas in Microsoft Excel to facilitate calculations and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle experience in a relevant HR or compensation systems context. Highly effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to initiate action, adapt to change, and take on challenging assignments and special projects.
